One cargo and two small vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross have now entered the liberated territory of Aghdam district, APA's Karabakh bureau reports.
Vehicles carrying humanitarian aid will go to Khankendi via the Aghdam-Khankendi road, passing through the territory under the control of the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily located in the territory of Azerbaijan.
Note that an agreement was reached to use the Aghdam-Khankendi road in addition to the Lachin road for the delivery of goods to Karabakh.
It was agreed between the Khankendi office of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Karabakh to deliver humanitarian goods through the Lachin road as well as the Aghdam-Khankendi road.
