The humanitarian aid carried by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) through the Ağdam road reached Khankandi, APA reports.
The load has already been distributed.
Note that an agreement was reached to use the Aghdam-Khankandi road in addition to the Lachin road for the delivery of cargoes to Garabagh.
The Khankandi office of the ICRC and the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Garabagh agreed to deliver humanitarian cargo via the Lachin road as well as the Ağdam-Khankandi road.
