Local authorities are notified of persons and cargo on International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) vehicles, the Head of the Public Relations Department of the ICRC office in Baku Ilaha Huseynova told APA.
According to her, the relevant state authorities are informed about the movements of the vehicles of the institution: "The local authorities are informed about the persons transported in the vehicles of our institution. After reaching an agreement, we transport certain persons. We also provide information on the number of humanitarian cargo transported in our vehicles."
