Delegation led by Janne Holst Hubner, Executive Director of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) and Shenaz Muzaffer, IAP General Counsel, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor with the Crown Prosecution Service of England and Wales paid working visit to Azerbaijan at the invitation of the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, APA reports.
The guests expressed their gratitude for the warm reception and highly appreciated the reforms implemented in the prosecutor's offices, and thanked the management of Azerbaijani national prosecutor's offices for the valuable contribution and constant support given to the work of the Association.
In preparation for the 29th Annual Conference and General Meeting of IAP, which will be hosted by Azerbaijan in 2024, a meeting was held regarding the activities of the local organizing committee, and a number of organizational issues were discussed.
