European Court will not consider the petitions of Armenia in connection with the actions of Azerbaijan in the Patriotic War

"The European Court will not consider the applications of Armenia in connection with the investigation of the actions of Azerbaijan during the Second Karabakh War," Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the European Court of Human Rights Chingiz Asgarov said this in an interview with APA.

According to Ch. Askerov, it is interesting that although Armenia insists on the need to investigate the actions of Azerbaijan during the Second Karabakh War, both in international organizations and in the information space, it is trying to extend the process by constantly filing petitions to extend the time for submission his position at the European Court: "It is not surprising that the last time the European Court stated that the applications of Armenia in this regard will no longer be considered."
