The right leg of Babashov Khazar Tariyel, born in 1990, who was injured as a result of a mine explosion in the direction of Sugovushan village of Tarter region, was amputated from the ankle.

On April 26, 2023, a mine incident occurred in the area which has been cleared of landmines in the direction of Azerbaijan's Sugovushan village of Tartar district, the Press Service of Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) told APA.
It was noted that the driver of the International Eurasia Press Fund, Babashov Khazar Tariyel, born in 1990, was injured as a result of the explosion of an anti-personnel mine.
The injured person was placed in Barda district hospital, his condition is stable, no danger to life.
