An armed person caused an incident at a wedding ceremony held in one of the wedding palaces in Lerik district, Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.
According to the Ministry, on November 3, Shaig Agayev, born in 1971, who was previously convicted many times under the opposite articles of the Criminal Code, resisted the police officers while being detained.
With the measures taken, the armed person was neutralized by using a service tagel weapon. One police officer was injured.
A "Makarov" pistol was found and taken from the scene.
The fact is being investigated.
