Azerbaijani MP: "Azerbaijan can provide to its Armenian citizens to be provided with the vaccine"

"Vaccines are accessible for all segments of the population in Azerbaijan, and citizens have the opportunity to choose between 4 different vaccines," member of the Azerbaijani delegation, MP Soltan Mammadov said at the joint meeting of Economic integration, social issues, culture, and civil society committees of EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly.

Mammadov also commented on the views of the Armenian representative on the problems faced by Armenians living in the territories of Azerbaijan, temporarily stationed by the Russian peacekeepers, in providing with vaccines: I consider that the Azerbaijani state has all the opportunities in providing vaccination of Armenian citizens living in the zone of responsibility of Russian peacekeepers. They live in Azerbaijan. Currently, peacekeepers are supporting their provision with vaccines. However, Azerbaijan can provide them with the same opportunities as citizens of other countries to be provided with the vaccine. Azerbaijan guarantees equal rights to all its citizens, regardless of religion or nationality, in the Karabakh economic region, as well as in the whole territory."
