Prosecutor General's Office of Georgia has adopted a decision on the extradition of Azerbaijani citizen Suleymanov Elnur Gudrat, Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
Based on a criminal case investigated by the Surakhani District Police Department, reasonable suspicions have been established that Elnur Suleymanov committed a criminal act under Articles 127.2.3 (intentional infliction of less serious harm to health with hooligan intent) and 221.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code, a decision has been made to bring him as a defendant and an international search has been declared for him.
Elnur Suleymanov was detained in the territory of the Republic of Georgia and brought to Azerbaijan accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.
