For the collection, management and use of data related to demining activities, an information system on demining activities will be established and conducted by the authorized body in Azerbaijan, this was reflected in the draft law "On demining" which was discussed at the meeting of the Defence, Security and Counter-Corruption Committee of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani parliament), APA reports.
According to the draft law, non-technical and technical research conducted by the authorized body and executors, areas where cleaning, demining activities were carried out and explosive ammunition discovered at that time, victims of explosive ammunition, as well as other information provided by this Law, will be included in the information system on demining activities.
