"We have been waiting here for the 12th day with all the necessary personnel. There are no updates yet," Secretary-General of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society Jeyhun Mirzayev told APA.
He stressed that although relevant negotiations were held with the command of the Russian peacekeepers, a proper response has not yet been received from the other side: "No information has been received by the Russian peacekeeping contingent for the passage of the food cargo. We are still waiting for a call. If the conditions for the passage are created, we will immediately react positively and ensure the delivery of the food cargo to the residents of Armenian descent."
