The owner of the Internet information resource and its domain name or the user of the information and telecommunication network shall not allow disseminate information about the movement or dislocation of personnel, military weapons, ammunition, or military equipment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was discussed in the Human Rights Committee of the Milli Majlis and reflected in the proposed amendment to the law "On Information, informatization and protection of information", which was recommended to the plenary session of the Parliament, APA reports.
According to the ammendment, in this case, information disclosed to the public by state bodies (institutions) is excluded.
