Azerbaijan determines new taxes and concessions for foreigners for work permits in liberated territories

New taxes are determined for giving permits to foreigners and stateless people to engage in paid labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the extension of the term of it., APA reports.

In accordance with the amendment to the law on the "State tax", in order to engage in paid labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a state tax of AZN 1,600 is determined for issuing and extending a work permit to foreigners and stateless people for up to 1 year and 6 months, and AZN 1,800 is determined for issuing and extending a work permit for up to 2 years during 10 days. In this case, it is proposed to get AZN 1400 state tax in order to get a work permit and extend the term up to 1 year and 6 months, and AZN 1600 state tax to get a work permit and extend the term of it up to 2 years.

According to the project, AZN 1200 state tax is determined to get a work permit and extend the term of it up to 1 year and 6 months in 20 days, and state tax AZN 1400 to get a work permit and extend the term of it up to 2 years.
