“If all rules and requirements are complied with, a positive turning point regarding coronavirus can start after 2 weeks,” spokesman for the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers Ibrahim Mammadov said at the press conference, APA reports.
I. Mammadov said it will be possible if citizens follow quarantine regime: “Results of last three days show we do not follow special quarantine regime fully. That is why, as long as people do not follow the quarantine regime, we will not be able to make mathematical calculations about the course of events.”
