A declaration was signed at the end of the meeting.
The Secretary-General of the Turkic Council Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov, the Minister of Interior of Türkiye Ali Yerlikaya, the Minister of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan Major General Syrym Sharipkhanov, the Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan Boobek Ajikeev, the Minister of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan Major General Abdulla Kuldashev, and Minister of Interior of Northern Cyprus Dursun Oğuz participated during the meeting.

The aim of holding the 2nd Meeting of the Ministers on Disaster and Emergency Management of the Organization of the Turkic States member and observer states is to develop existing relations between organizations responsible for emergency management of OTS member states, to discuss the issues of achieving joint and coordinated action during emergency situations and the discussion of the draft Agreement on the establishment of the Civil Defense Mechanism within the framework of the organization.
