101 individuals readmitted to Azerbaijan under existing agreements in August–October

Within the framework of the readmission agreements signed and in force by the Republic of Azerbaijan, 101 individuals were readmitted to the country during August–October of the current year, the State Migration Service said in response to APA’s inquiry.

“In August–October 2025, the State Migration Service received 108,006 applications regarding the registration of foreigners and stateless persons at their place of stay in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Additionally, during the same period, 25,940 applications were submitted for obtaining and extending residence permits in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Furthermore, 2,699 applications were registered for obtaining and extending work permits for foreigners and stateless persons to engage in paid labor activity within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. During the relevant period, 7,481 decisions were adopted within the framework of measures against irregular migration,” the Service stated.
