The temperature will be above normal by 4 degrees. The temperature will rise by 22-23 degrees in Absheron and Central Aran regions and by 18 degrees in the mountainous regions. According to Asif Verdiyev, the temperature is above normal by 3 degrees at present.
The chief hydrologist also said that the expected weather was not characteristic of November.
In the past 100 years the warmest day in November in Baku and Absheron peninsula was November 21, 1946. The temperature was 28.1 degrees that day.
