The Azerbaijani delegation operating in the field of innovation has visited the Shimon Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, APA's correspondent dispatched to Tel Aviv reports.
As part of the visit, the delegation was provided with detailed information about the center's activities, Israel's innovation ecosystem, startup culture, and achievements in the field of high technologies.
It was noted that the Shimon Peres Center for Peace and Innovation was established to preserve the legacy of Israel's former President and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Shimon Peres.
The center promotes the development of innovation, technology, education, and entrepreneurship, while also advancing the ideas of peace and international cooperation.
It was noted that the center features interactive exhibitions showcasing Israel's "Startup Nation" model. Visitors are introduced to the country's achievements in science, high technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, agriculture, water management, and medicine.
During the dialogue, the sides discussed opportunities for cooperation in the development of innovation ecosystems, support for startups, technology transfer, cooperation in scientific research, as well as the commercialization of innovative solutions.
The meeting emphasized the importance of implementing joint projects in the future, expanding the exchange of experience, and strengthening ties between innovation centers.
As part of the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation also became closely acquainted with the center's interactive exhibition halls, innovation displays, and presentation sections reflecting Israel's technological development path.
