Day of Azerbaijan to be held in China

Baku. Laura Jabrayili – APA. Day of Azerbaijan will be held in China on August 10. Youth and Sport Ministry told APA that the event would take place in China World Hotel. Classical, modern works, mughams and folk songs of Azerbaijan will be performed during the event. Honored artist Sevda Alakbarzadeh will perform national songs and jazz music. The guests will watch video footages about Azerbaijan’s culture, history and economy. The guests will also get acquainted with Azerbaijani sweets and carpets with national tracery on them. Heads of states and federations, sportsmen, media representatives of different countries will be invited to the event.
