Gerib Mammadov: Some municipalities give orders on behalf of neighboring territories or state-owned lands

“Some municipalities give orders on behalf of the neighboring territories or state-owned lands and this causes problems,†chief of Land and Cartography Committee Gerib Mammadov said, APA reports. He said that the committee discusses the municipalities’ giving orders on state-owned lands and considers it important to prevent it.
“A citizen gets such kind of order, regards it as a legal document and then appeal to us to get technical passport of the land. We examine it and found out that this land does not belong to the municipality that gave the order. The citizen can not get technical passport and it causes problems. Serious measures are taken about such municipalities. According to the legislation, state-owned lands can not be solved,†he said.
Commenting on reimbursing to residents for the houses, the committee chief considers that the people having legal documents are reimbursed. /APA/
