Hashimov said that the Ministry of Education has not submitted the doctorate admission plan to the Cabinet of Ministries yet. The admission plan to doctorate will be confirmed on the basis of joint opinion by the ANAS and the Ministry of Education.
Head of the ANAS department of doctorate and personnel Sara Efendiyeva told APA that the doctorate admission plan is expected to extend. So, ANAS offered 300 seats for doctor of philosophy and 60-70 seats for doctor of science. 275 people were accepted to the doctorate under doctor of philosophy and 56 under doctor of science.
