Kemaleddin Heydarov: â€œThe houses seriously damaged by the quake will be reconstructedâ€

The seriously damaged houses will be replaced by new buildings and reinforcement and restoration work will be conducted in the houses needed repairâ€, Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kemaleddin Heydarov told APA.

Minister said currently the experts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other organizations are examining the social and private facilities: â€œAccording to the preliminary information, there is no serious damage, but relevant decision will be made after final evaluation of the situationâ€.

Heydarov added that infrastructure is working normally in Zagatala, Balakan and other regions.

According to the reports by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Heydarov visited the villages of Mukhakh, Zayam and Bazar of Zagatala and saw the situation there. 20 seriously damaged houses were identified in those villages.

The work is being continued to specify damages and eliminate the consequences.

The ministry provides the residents of seriously damaged houses with tents.
