Spokesman for the State Commission Elnur Naghizadeh told APA 24009 high school applicants attended the examination.13 applicants were expelled from the examination rooms for violation of examination rules. 7695 applicants were qualified for the professional selection round. 6510 of them are the students of the Azerbaijani sector and 1785 – Russian sector. There are 7331 planned places in the 2nd group.
The students gained totally 250 points and not less than 10 relative points on the subjects of mathematics and geography can attend the student admission contest in the 2nd group. There is no relative point restriction on the subjects of the native language, history of Azerbaijan and foreign language.
