Sheik-ul-Islam to visit Serbia tomorrow

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. Chairman of the Caucasian Muslim Board (CMB) Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh will visit Serbia on May 2. APA was told at the Caucasian Muslim Board that Pashazadeh will attend the re-opening ceremony of Bajrakli Mosque and St Petka Church in Belgrade on May 3. The reconstruction of the mosque and church were sponsored by the government of Azerbaijan. The government officials of Azerbaijan and Serbia, Muslim and Christian religious figures, representatives of public community and mass media will participate in the ceremony.

Baku and Caspian Eparchy Bishop Alexander Ishein will also join the Azerbaijani delegation.
