Azerbaijan to mark Kurban Holiday on November 6

Baku. Victoria Dementieva â€“ APA. Kurban Holiday will be celebrated in Azerbaijan on November 6. The Azerbaijani pilgrims will start leaving for Hajj visit by bus on October 25-26, Deputy Chairman of the Caucasian Muslim Board (CMB) Haji Sabir Hasanli told journalists, APA reports. According to him, as every year, about 2000 people will travel to Hajj from Azerbaijan this year.

CMB representative said that there would be a change in the route of buses which will travel to Hajj: â€œAs anti-Turkey mood is established in Syria, this year the buses will get through Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia. It is a very comfortable routeâ€.

Haji Sabir said that Iraqi government ensured the security of Hajj travelers.
