He said that the route for the pilgrims traveling by bus was changed because of unrests in Syria. “Previously we were arriving in Saudi Arabia from Iraq. Then we were using Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey-Syria-Jordan-Saudi Arabia route because of military operations in Iraq. This year we changed the route once again because of unrests in Syria and we will travel on Azerbaijan-Iran-Iraq-Saudi Arabia route”.

Payizov said that changing route will not influence the prices. Besides, he underlined that the pilgrims will have a chance to visit the other holy places. Thus, going to the Hajj visit, the pilgrims will visit holy places in Iraq, including Kerbela.
