"No significant changes have been made in the settlement of the Nagorno Garabakh conflict," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at an annual press conference in Moscow, APA's Russian bureau reports.
According to him, there is some progress in the implementation of small steps.
Mr Lavrov said that there is relative calm on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border and the frontline.
“There is a hotline between Yerevan and Baku. The exchange of journalists took place. Zaven Karapetyan and Elvin Ibrahimov exchanged. Other detainees are being investigated. The International Committee of the Red Cross is involved in this process,” he said.
