"The Türkiyə-Azerbaijan brotherhood will exist forever," Vice President of Türkiye Cevdet Yilmaz said while visiting the "Turkish Martyrdom" monument, APA reports.
"I am proud to visit the monument of Turkish martyrs as part of my first visit to Azerbaijan. They were martyred 105 years ago feeling Azerbaijan as brother. Those who have sacrificed themselves for the sake of the lands of Motherland have made the brotherly bonds between Azerbaijan and Türkiyə unique. This fight is an example for us who are currently fighting for the lands of Azerbaijan. The Türkiyə-Azerbaijani brotherhood, which has risen thanks to the "One nation, two states" motto and sacrifice of generations, will exist forever," Cevdet Yilmaz noted.
