Baku. Farid Mirzayev – APA. Of the AZN 161,000 fine imposed on ANS ÇM radio, operating under ANS Independent Broadcasting Media Company, by the Azerbaijan National Television and Radio Council (NTRC), an amount of AZN 77,266 has been deducted from the company’s bank account.
Due to lack of enough funds on the balance, the remaining amount of fine will be directed to compulsory execution.
ANS Independent Broadcasting Media Company had been fined AZN 161,000 for ANS ÇM radio’s violation of the Azerbaijani law on advertisement.
