"The Azerbaijani government has allocated 18 billion manats for this process in the liberated territories. This amount is around 10 billion USD, and I believe this funding will continue to be provided," said Emin Huseynov, Special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand regions, Assistant to the First Vice-President, during the panel discussion on the Urban Context – Built Environment, Risk and Resilience on the opening day of the Baku Climate Action Week, APA reports.
He noted that certain technical support has also been provided by friendly countries: “However, for the restoration of these areas, we need to expand our connections with the private sector to accelerate restoration.”
