Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rovshan Rustamov, who is on a working visit to Geneva to attend the meeting of the Council of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) held a bilateral meeting with Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Houlin Zhao, APA-Economics reports citing the ministry.
During the meeting, the sides noted that relations between Azerbaijan and ITU were developing dynamically and cooperation was at a high level.
The Deputy Minister noted that our country, as a member of the ITU Council, is actively involved in the work of the organization and closely cooperates with the three bureaus of the organization in the direction of the main goals of the ITU. The parties stressed the importance of further expanding relations, especially in the post-pandemic period, in accordance with the existing potential.
