According to the Master Plan, the city Kalbajar will cover the existing settlement area and the nearby Boyagli village, this was reflected in the “Master Plan for the development of Kalbajar city till 2040”, APA reports.
The main street starting from the main entrance of the city in the north-east direction and extending in the south-west direction, forms the basis of the planning structure. At the starting point of the street, the industrial and production zone of the city, the city center in the middle part and social service facilities are planned to be located at the end point.
