Scania intends to expand sales outlets in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Swedenâ€™s Scania CV Aktiebolag, which has signed an agreement to have a presence in Baku through Azerbaijanâ€™s ADO-G, may also open offices in regions of the country, said Martin Lundstedt, Scaniaâ€™s Vice President for Franchise and Factory Sales.
He added that after penetrating Azeri market the company will conisider having a presence in provinces in the future.
According to him, the sales outlet may be expanded in Azerbaijan depending on the sales.
According to him, the company sold 73 793 trucks and buses worldwide last year.
