Swedenâ€™s Scania opens a representative office in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. On March 19, Azerbaijanâ€™s ADO-G and Swedenâ€™s Scania CV Aktiebolag signed agreements on the establishment of exclusive distributorship and a representative office for sales and service.
ADO-G said the documents will be signed by ADO-G Chairman Musa Suleymanov and Scania President and CEO Leif Ã–stling.
Musa Suleymanov said big foreign companies take great interest in Azeri market despite the global financial crisis.
Martin Lundstedt, Scaniaâ€™s Vice President for Franchise and Factory Sales, added that there is a fantastic growth rate in Azerbaijan.
According to him, the company sold 73 793 trucks and buses last year.
ADO-G Group of Companies is engaged in production engineering, architecture, designing, estimating, supply and construction.
