Nar Mobile extends coverage area

Baku Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerfon LLC (Nar MobileTM ) has announced installation of new base stations across the country to further improve its coverage area quality of services.
The company said 30 new base stations have recently been installed in Baku (5), Absheron (2), Agdash (1), BalakÉ™n (1), Dashkesen (1), Fuzuli (1), Gabala (2), Goychay (2), Guba (1), Imishli (1), Kurdemir (2), Lenkaran (2), Masalli (2), Oghuz (2), Sheki (2), Sumgayit (1), Yevlax (2), Zaqatala (2) and Zerdab (1).
At present Nar Mobileâ€™s coverage area reaches 90% of the country.
AZERFON was licensed â„– 001512 by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic in December, 2005 to provide mobile services throughout the territory of Azerbaijan. AZERFON Company launched its commercial activities in 21st of March, 2007 under brand name Nar Mobile.
The trademark Nar was created as a symbol of the relationship between Azerbaijanâ€™s rich cultural heritage and modern life. At the present, more than 1 million subscribers use the network of Nar Mobile.
