Head of a Baku-based clinic appealed to the police saying that they had paid AZN 34 000 to TV presenter Elchin Alibeyli for advertising the clinic on the television, but he hadn’t keep his promise. Though the head of the clinic wanted the money back, he didn’t return it.
Binagadi District Police Office is investigating the fact.
The case is assigned for investigation as the fact of fraud has been revealed.
Criminal case hasn’t been launched on the fact yet.
Elchin Alibeyli told APA that he is aware of the matter: “There is a misunderstanding. I have been working with a company and it is related with them. I am accused wrongly. I will issue a statement after the investigation.”
