Yevlakh residents, 12-year-old Vusala Saleh Karimova and 5-year-old Konul Anar Karimova played under a truck carrying waste. At this time, the vehicle came into action. As a result, Vusala Karimova remained under the wheels of the truck and died on the spot and Konul Karimova was injured and hospitalized.
The police office also reported that the driver did not know that there were children under the truck.
