Sumgayit City Prosecutor’s Office told APA that the reason of the incident was a personal dispute between 23-year old Asgerali Fuzuli Abbasov and his uncles.
Detained Abbasov said in his initial testimony that he was frequently insulted by his uncles. He said his uncles insulted him and uttered indecent expressions against his mother and father before the incident. “I couldn’t endure insults and decided to kill them,” he said.
The Prosecutor’s Office also said that criminal case has been launched on the fact under article #120.2.7 (killing of two or more people) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The man, who burnt his three uncles to death in Sumgayit, has been arrested, Sumgayit City Police Office told APA.
The man, who committed the crime and those killed were drunk. They quarrelled after having supper.
23-year old man set the bedding on fire in a room with his three drunken uncles inside and closed the doors. All uncles died of smoke inhalation.
Sumgayit City Prosecutor’s Office has launched a criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.

Sumgayit City Police Office told APA that the incident was recorded yesterday in Jorat.
23-year old Sumgayit resident Asgerali Fuzuli Abbasov closed the doors of summerhouse with his three uncles – Dunyamali Mirzayev (1971), Yadigar Mirzayev (1965) and Aghamali Mirzayev (1960) inside and set it on fire.
All uncles died of smoke inhalation.
Firefighters extinguished the fire.
