Lawyer Suleyman Gasimov told APA that the public prosecutor demanded 3-year imprisonment for Mammadov.
The process will be continued on December 4.
Mammadov faced charged under article 263.1 (Infringement of traffic rules and operation of vehicles causing serious harm to health of a victim) of the Criminal Code. Under the judgment of Nasimi District Court, Gurban Mamamdov has been sentenced to 2 months in prison.
The investigating authority brought additional charges against him under article 299.1 (offering payoff to victim for false testimony) of the Criminal Code.
