The law enforcement bodies told APA that 36-year old Shaki resident Azar Yusubov aka Seyfuddin who was fighting within armed groups in Afghanistan was killed by coalition forces.
According to the notice on Interpol’s website, Yusubov was fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and Pashto. He was accused of setting up armed groups outside the territory of Azerbaijan Republic, arming them and fighting under illegal armed groups.
APA reported about one more internationally wanted Azerbaijani killed in Syria a few days ago. 39-year-old resident of Khudat Urfan Aghcabeyov was accused of setting up armed groups outside the territory of Azerbaijan Republic, arming them and fighting under illegal armed groups.
