Last two persons escaped from mental hospital in Azerbaijan arrested

According to information, as a result of the urgent search operations conducted by police and prosecuting agencies, Yusif Maharramov and Tural Abbasov, who fled the Republic Psychiatric Hospital # 1 on November 15, have been detained . They were arrested in Yeni Guneshli settlement. Different black masks and sidearms were seized from the persons who showed resistance to the police. It was Yusif Maharramov, who arranged escape of patients.

On November 15, Binagadi District resident Tural Abbasov, charged with the article # 177, 178, 181 and 310 of the Criminal Code, who was receiving compulsory treatment at the Republic Psychiatric Hospital # 1, Elvin Nasrullayev, charged with the article # 177 of the Criminal Code, Khirdalan city resident Razim Hajiyev, charged with the article # 181 of the Criminal Code and Shahbuz region resident Yusif Maharramov fled the Hospital breaking the lock showing resistance to officers of Sabunchu District Security Department – police sergeant Vasif Rzaguliyev and guard Tahir Dargahov. Rashad Nuraddin Hasanov, the policeman, who was on service at the hospital that day, committed suicide on November 16.

The other two persons – Elvin Nasrullayev and Razim Hajiyev were detained earlier.
