The investigation has found out that Gargalig village representative of the head of Masalli region executive authorities Subhan Zaliyev rented out 1.49ha land plot belonging to Kurdebaz municipality to the resident of Gargalig village Agasenem Nuriyeva. He is suspected of abusing his power making a rent agreement and confirming with the seal of the executive authorities. Criminal case was launched on the fact on article 309.1 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code.
The investigation into the case has been completed and submitted to Masalli region court.
