Elchin Behbudov said in a statement to APA that during the monitoring they met with Rauf Mirgadirov who is being kept in there: “Rauf Mirgadirov have no complaints about prison conditions and the treatment of him. He said they treat him normally. However, he does not consider himself guilty of what he’s been accused of. Doctors constantly control his health condition as he has the problem of blood pressure”.
Elchin Behbudov said they also met with Arif Yunus, another prisoner in there: “I was shown the medical card of Arif Yunus. His blood glucose level was 97 when he was brought there. They checked his blood pressure for 3 times. He is currently under doctor care. His pressure and glucose are normal. There have been some media reports of him having a heart attack. It’s untrue”.
