According to him, the farewell ceremony for Salmanova will be held in her house (Arif Heydarov Str.25) at 11:00AM Sunday.
“At the request of the State Musical Theatre’s administration, Gulnar Salmanova will be led to rest in the city cemetery. The funeral will be attended by officials from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the theatre’s staff. On behalf of the administration of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, we extend our condolences to the deceased’s close ones. May Allah have mercy on her!”, he said.
Gulnar Salmanova’s condition had worsened on October 19.
She had been admitted to the intensive care department of the Sabunchu district hospital with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and he theatre administration. The actress had been suffering from cancer and diabetes.
