Chief Accountant: AZN 119,025 was taken from bank account and given to Intigam Aliyev

Intigam Aliyev filed a petition against the composition of the court at the hearing presided over by judge Rasim Sadigov. The petition was not considered, APA reports.

Then, Gulshan Orujova, known as a person affected, testified. Orujova said that she is working as a chief accountant at Legal Education Society and bank account was opened in the name of her sister Afsana Orujova, AZN 119 025 was transfer to this account and that money was taken and given to Intigam Aliyev.

She said though the payment was written in the name of her sister, she didn’t receive this money.

Orujova also said that all the projects carried out by Legal Education Society were registered by the Ministry of Justice.

The Orujova answered the questions.

The next hearing was scheduled for March 3.

Note that, Intigam Aliyev is charged under the Criminal Code’s article 213 (tax evasion), 308.2 (abuse of official powers), 192.2 (illegal ownership), and 179.3.2 (assignment or waste).
