Under the order signed by Interior Minister, Colonel General Ramil Usubov, chief of Police Department #18 of Narimanov District Police Office, police colonel Khagani Mammadov has been dismissed and appointed as chief of Fuzuli Region Police Office. A new chief of Police Department #18 has not been appointed yet.
Under another order, employee of the Main Drug Enforcement Department Fuzuli Shikhaliyev has been appointed as chief of Beylagan Region Police Office.
At the board meeting of the Interior Ministry in January, 2014, Minister Ramil Usubov strongly criticized the activity of Kamandar Asadov, chief of Fuzuli Region Police Office, and instructed to conduct inspections at this police office.
Later, Asadov was dismissed.
