Rescue Service Staff of Ministry of Emergency Situations negotiated with Baku resident Ibrahilmi Royal Humbat, 36 and prevented him to commit suicide. He has been handed over to police, APA reports.
According to the initial investigation, he has tried to commit suicide because of family problems.

Baku-APA. A man, climbed to the roof of the building, has announced his intention to commit suicide, APA reports.
A person, named Royal, 36, is saying he will jump from the roof of 16-floor building in Khojaly Avenue of Khatai district, Baku.
Rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations have arrived to the area and are trying to negotiate and prevent him to commit suicide.
A reason, why he is doing it, is still to be clarified.
