A big truck squashed more than 10 cars in Baku, some wounded - <span style="color: red;">PHOTOSESSION - <span style="color: red;">UPDATED - 2

Investigator of Narimanov District Police Station Eldar Abdullayev told APA that the driver of Mercedes Benz was Alimammedov Eldar Hasan oglu, born in 1960.

In his explanation he said that problem was occurred at in the brake system of the truck but investigator confirmed that the driver was drunk at that time.

According to the investigator, some people were injured as a result of the accident and three people were hospitalized. They are: Jafarova Nigar Kkasay gizi, Zeynalov Ilkin Parviz oglu and Novruzova Kamala Kamal gizi. The other injured people were provided with medical care at the scene.

According to APA’s correspondent, driver of the truck was drunk. Owners of squashed cars attacked to him. Driver’s security was provided by the police officers. At the moment the driver is brought to the Narimanov District Police Station.

APA’s correspondent from the scene reports that after squashing cars the truck overturned

According to eyewitnesses, the accident affected many citizens.

Officers of Ministry of Emergency Situation carried out rescue and safety measures at the scene.

Injured people were taken to nearby hospitals.
