APA reports that it was reflected in 2013 report made by Azerbaijan’s Human Rights Commissioner. According to the information, it was caused due to serious shortcomings and deficiencies in the activities of judges.
The report says that disciplinary proceedings were carried out against 3 judges last year.
It was decided to change the jobs of judges of Baku City Nizami District Court Ziya Aliyev and Masalli Region Court Vidadi Nasirov due to the violation of the law. Judge of Sabunchu District Court Elshan Kazimov was reprimanded. Disciplinary proceedings were carried out against 4 judges of courts of first instance for the violation of the requirements of legislation.
