Academician Mammadtaghi Jafarov buried in Sabiskar cemetery

A few hours before his fatherâ€™s death his son Shahin Jafarov committed suicide. Ganja City Chief Deputy Prosecutor Ibarhim Hasanov said 1961 year old Shahin Jafarov hang himself at Isgandarov Street, 33, where he lived. It is supposed that the cause for academicâ€™s death was his sonâ€™s committing suicide. Ganja City Prosecutorâ€™s Office is investigating the case. The Prosecutorâ€™s Office told APA as the investigation is still going on details will be publicized in 10 days. Today the farewell ceremony was held at the hall of Agriculture Academy. Baku State universityâ€™s rector Abel Maharramov, azerbaijan medical universityâ€™s rector Ahliman Amirasalnov, Deputy Agricultrure Miistry Aslan aslanov, ganja City Executive Powerâ€™s chief Eldar Azizov, Samukh District Executive Powerâ€™s chief Vilyam Hajiyev, Khanlar district executive Powerâ€™s chief Arif Seyidov, Ganja City societyâ€™s representatives and students of Agriculture academy attended the funeral ceremony. Ahliman Amiraslanov and Abel Maharramov spoke on the life, activity and scientific successes of deceased Mammadtaghi Jafarov. After farewell ceremony Mammadtaghi Jafarov was laid to rest in Sabiskar cemetery./APA/
